Every partner organization and every partner rep uses ReferLayer at no cost. They sign up, accept your invitation, and start submitting referrals from the mobile partner portal.

How long is the term?
Twelve months. The locked $99/mo rate runs for those 12 months. After that, the subscription auto-renews monthly at the same $99/mo and you can cancel anytime.
What happens at month 13?
Nothing changes automatically — the subscription continues month-to-month at $99/mo. Cancel any month from your billing portal. We will not raise the price on you without notice.
What is an "active partner rep"?
A user from one of your partner organizations who logged in or submitted a referral in the last 30 days. Dormant reps do not count toward the 20.
What is a "Company seat"?
A user account inside your own organization — owners, admins, and account managers who log in to ReferLayer to work the inbox, approve deals, or manage payouts. Three seats are included.
What happens if I go over the limits?
Nothing breaks. We email you when you cross 20 active reps or 5 partner companies and ask whether you want to expand. No surprise charges and no surprise lockouts.
Is the $999 implementation fee always waived?
It is waived for every customer who signs the standard 12-month term. There is no separate paper contract — accepting the Terms of Service at checkout is the agreement.
